Land's End Lookout

Jeans: Joe Fresh Coat: DKNY Top + Flats: Target Sunnies: Thrifted Purse: Rebecca Minkoff
Bracelet: Forever 21 Necklace: Tiffany & Co.

I'm trying to add more pop of colors into my wardrobe and this recent Target top purchase was
a great sale find. I've always been attracted to the cobalt/electric blue color. I found the color goes
well with my skin color.

Ugh. It seems like I'm having trouble writing this post since my mind is filled with so many
distractions. I do apologize for that. Well, I do have a few exciting things to look forward to in
the next 3 weeks.

1. Reunion with family/friends in NOLA
2. My first half marathon
3. 1 year wedding anniversary in Maui

I will definitely be a very busy bee but I'll be sure to bring you guys along my quest!!!

Opening Day

Jacket: ABS by Allen Schwartz Jeans: Old Navy Shirt: Joe Fresh Heels: DSW
Baseball Cap: San Francisco Giants Franchise Cap by '47 Brand

I'm not a big enthusiast when it comes to baseball but I do enjoy watching a game or two.
Opening day typically falls in the first week of April. Since, I live in a new city whose team
won the world series last year, opening day is a big deal. I've always told myself the only bay
area team I would rep would be the San Francisco Giants. The baseball cap fashion trend
exploded last spring but fashionitas are still rocking it this season. I grew up wearing caps
so I had no problem embracing the trend. Can't wait to experience my first Giants game.

Off to the Marketplace

Jeans: Joe Fresh Shirt: Forever 21 Jacket: ABS by Allen Schwartz Loafers: Zara Clutch: Thrifted
Necklace: Charlotte Russe Sunnies: Ray Ban

During our (Hubs and I) days off, you can find us exploring the city of San Francisco. In our attempts
to discover more new sights, we spent one afternoon at the Ferry Building Marketplace. I've always
wanted to visit the marketplace after watching Barefoot Contessa's San Francisco episode. The Ferry
Building Marketplace is a popular gathering spot for local farmers/artisans. You can find a wide
variety of specialized foods and products. If you happen to get hungry while shopping, the marketplace
is also home to a few restaurants.

There were two places that really captured my eye and taste buds. The first spot is called
Cowgirl Creamery which is an award winning artisan cheese store. This past year my hubs
and I started sharing a passion for cheese. It's been one of those things that we enjoyed exploring
and learning together. We were definitely in cheese heaven.

The last spot I have been hearing a lot of great reviews is, Miette. I was already drawn to this
place after seeing it from a distance with their bright pastel colors and modern and happy decor.
I discovered that Conde Nast named Miette as one of the top ten pastry shops in the world. I
especially enjoyed their macarons and ice cream sandwiches, it was simply delicious. Paradise
can be found in Miette's.

Errand Days

Shirt: Joe Fresh Coat: DKNY Boyfriend Jeans: Old Navy Loafers: Zara
Clutch/Purse: Calvin Klein Sunnies: Thrifted Bracelets: Nike Fuel Band + Forever 21

Wearing high heels while running errands is not so realistic for me. When I'm trying to
tackle a day of errands, a good pair of comfy shoes is the only way to go. I got really
lucky with these loafers at Zara's winter sale. Would you believe it I got it for $10.00?
Most days I try to keep my outfit simple and comfy. I tend to not overthink my
wardrobe and just go with the flow.

Happy Friday Everyone!!!

Lace & Prints

Pants + Shirt: Joe Fresh Trench Coat: DKNY Sunnies: Ray Ban Heels: DSW
Necklace: Charlotte Russe Bracelet: Gifted

I feel like I have a million things to do before our trip this week. Unfortunately, today is my only
day off and this post has to be a quicky. I remembered when I used to live in nyc I encountered this
amazing store on 5th ave. called Joe Fresh. Well this past weekend Joe Fresh recently partnered
with JCPenney to launch their clothing line in stores. I found a few items that were affordable and
some great pieces to add into my wardrobe.

Spring Forward

Dress: H&M Blazer + Sunnies: Thrifted Bag: Calvin Klein Flats: Target
Necklace: Tiffany & Co. Bracelets: Forever 21 + Nike Fuel Band

A few days has passed since "spring forward" and I been really enjoying the late sunsets.
The weather in San Francisco has graced us with warm weather and this is the first time I
was able to expose my legs. I just love dresses and how it makes me feel so feminine.
You guys are probably tired of seeing me wear my navy blue blazer but it's my go-to
layering piece. A good blazer can make anything look tailored and chic. Hope you
enjoy the rest of your week.

Pebble Beach

Loafers: Zara Boyfriend Jeans: Old Navy Sweater: Prabal Gurung for Target
Blazer: Thrifted Sunnies: Ray ban Necklace: Charlotte Russe

Lately, I been struck with writer's block and I do apologize for the lack of posting.
A few weeks ago the hubster and I took a mini road trip to Pebble Beach. If you ever
get a chance to visit Monterary, CA I highly recommended the 17-mile drive. We had
such an amazing time driving along the coast. There are so many great spots to take
breathtaking pictures. My favorite moment is when we stopped to have a picnic on the
beach. Absolutely romantic.

Running through the fields

Jeans + Sweater: H&M Flats: Target Glasses: Warby Parker Bracelet: Forever 21

I know it's been awhile since my last post and do apologize for being away. These past few
weeks I haven't got inspired to blog and therefore I felt like I needed a little break. I think it's
okay to take a little breather away from the online world and just merely enjoy life.

A fews weeks ago I spent my Sunday afternoon frolicking in the meadows of Napa.
The fields were filled with beautiful wild flowers and it made me reminisice my childhood.
Oh, how I miss the carefree days. I couldn't help myself so I had to run through the fields
as if I was a child again. Moments like these makes me appreciate my life and how I love
every moment of it.

Cheers for being carefree.

Casual Friday

Jeans: Levi's Sweater: Husband's Jacket: Old Navy Purse: Calvin Klein
Specs: Warby Parker Kicks: Nike Air Mogan Mid

A long time ago, in my late high school and college years I was a sneakerhead. Even though it
was a phase for me during that time, I managed to collect a lot of amazing sneakers. Fashion is
constantly changing but it's definitely refreshing to see fashion icons incorporate sneakers into
their outfits. I'm glad I kept a few of my kicks. This outfit is nothing special and it's merely just
to represent casual comfort.

In one of my food excursions, a friend of mine has been raving about the crème brûlée cart. It's
been my mission to try this small tasty delight and I finally got the chance to. There are several
flavors to choose from and I decided to try the s'mores. It was a chocolate pudding like consistency
and it's covered with marshmellows and golden grahams. I enjoyed the innovated dessert but I have
to say I prefer the classic. I still have a long way to go as far as tasting all their flavors but if you
happen to have a craving for something new I highly recommend checking them out.

Nature Bound

Top: Old Navy Sweater + Sunnies: Thrifted Jeans: Levi's Shoes: TOMS Necklace: Tiffany & Co.

Last week my husband planned something special for us to do on our day off. We took a mini road
trip up north to Point Reyes National Seashore. The actual drive to the national park was beautiful
and serene. It's nice to get away from the real world and just enjoy mother nature. We arrived at our
destination and decided to go whale/sea lion watching. No luck with the whales but we managed to
spot a group of elephant seals. After our encounter with the seals we built an appetite so we had a
little picnic overlooking the ocean. I think the hubster did a great job planning the day. Don't you
think? Kudos to him.

Thanks for stopping by.
